Description

The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly council on neutralizing Workplace Racism. This program is uniquely designed to upgrade non-white people's problem-solving ability and refine how black people think, speak, act and manage emotions while at work. Any listeners who've deduced the optimal technique to minimize conflicts with White and/or non-white co-workers, sidestep demotions, write-ups, terminations or other forms of violence we experience in Racist work environments should be first to dial in with particulars. We always value hearing the perspectives of "black entrepreneurs;" please, share with us how being "self employed" makes better your labor experience. Whites devoted a gargantuan amount of this week recognizing the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who was murdered in Memphis, Tennessee supporting black sanitation workers who were being abused on the job. Unfortunately, some of these workers are still being subjected to workplace racism. We'll also re-visit what stops us from implementing our counter-racist codification on the job. More often than not, failure to apply codification leads to easily avoidable problems. Gus recommends that Victims of Racism write down significant workplace incidents. Documenting your thoughts and workplace occurrences is more reliable than memory, and the act of writing can organize your thinking. We'll also ask that non-white listeners share significant portions of the policy and procedure from your current place of employment. #MLK50 INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943#
